Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouse and/or St. Lucia fabrication shop, depending on the product and customer location.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom fabrication or bulk orders may require additional lead time.

Delivery Time:

  • Local deliveries (St. Lucia): 1–3 business days

  • U.S. domestic shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days (varies by region and customs)

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We use reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local delivery services.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and delivery speed. For bulk orders or freight shipping, please request a custom quote.


Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligible Returns:

  • Unused products in original packaging

  • Requests made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Refunds:

Once your return is approved and received:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-fabricated products (unless defective)

  • Used abrasives, discs, or consumables

  • Items returned without original packaging
