Founded in 2014 in St. Lucia, Progressive Welding Solutions is a professional welding and fabrication company dedicated to building durable, high-quality steel products — from gates and railings to structural steelwork and on-site repairs.

With over 20 years of certified hands-on welding experience, our team combines craftsmanship, modern design, and practical engineering to deliver work that lasts.

But we're more than just fabricators — we're builders of the future.

Two Branches, One Mission

We operate from two strategic locations:

  • Progressive Welding Solutions Ltd. – St. Lucia
    Our Caribbean headquarters focused on local fabrication, steel structure development, and workforce training.

  • Industrial Management Systems LLC – United States
    Our U.S. branch handles international sourcing, equipment procurement, and global product distribution for our brand, PWS Tools™.

This two-part system gives us direct control over manufacturing, importing, and innovation — allowing us to serve local customers with global efficiency.

  • Build a local manufacturing base to form square tubing, railings, and steel components from raw material using pipe-forming and shaping machines.

  • Expand PWS Tools™, our in-house tool and consumables brand, starting with cut-off wheels, grinding wheels, and flap discs for metalworkers.

  • Create quoting calculators and blueprint packages to help other shops quote faster, fabricate better, and grow their business.

  • Develop a high-ticket fabrication division for modern gates, architectural steel, and structural framing systems — generating large-scale revenue daily.
